On the ground floor, the guests will find a spacious hallway, a technical room doubling as a laundry room (with a washing machine and a tumble dryer), a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette with appliances (including a fridge freezer, an electric oven, a hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a hand blender, a blender etc.), a spacious living room with a leather sofa set, a TV, a small wine fridge, a large dining table, a wood burning stove with a stylish sleeping platform, an exit to a terrace with a seating area for 8 people and a staircase leading up to the 1st floor. On the right side of the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and TVs. On the left side, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV, a balcony with an outdoor sofa set and a beautiful view of a meadow and woods. Between the bedrooms, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a small bath. There are two travel cots with firm mattresses available for small babies, free of charge. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and there are smoke detectors in the bedrooms and the living room. Heating is provided by the wood burning stove. The whole ground floor as well as the bathroom and the toilet on the 1st floor have underfloor electric heating. In the bedroom, there are infrared heating panels. Wi-Fi connection. The cabin is situated in a grassy garden with a stream passing along its entire front border. To reach the property, you have to drive across a little bridge with a gate, which can be closed. The garden includes a SaunaKota Grill so you can BBQ in any weather. A third of this space is taken up by a wood-fired sauna ensuring an unforgettable atmosphere. A NEW FEATURE is a wood-fired HOT TUB. There are swings and slides for the kids too. Playing here is at your own risk. An open fire pit with wooden benches. Divided into two separate apartments, this stylish cabin with modern furnishings offers accommodation for up to 20 people. With completely new walls and timber cladding, the cabin is accessible from the larger bank and cars will need to use snow chains in winter. However, the views are definitely worth it. The rear side of the property is surrounded by a fence because there is a dangerously steep slope as we are located on a high bank. There are only 3 houses in the close proximity, all occupied by local residents. The entrance to the cabin is oriented towards a narrow driveway. By the front door of the building, there are two rooms for storing bicycles, skis, prams and other important things, one on the left side, one on the right side, each for one of the apartments and each with its own entrance. Inside, there is a shared hallway, an entrance into a shared laundry room with a back door leading onto a terrace and into a garden, a technical room and doors into the individual apartments. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, the bedrooms and the living rooms have smoke detectors. The bathrooms and the ground floor are heated by electric underfloor heating systems, in the bedrooms, extra heating is possible by the way of using the infrared radiant heaters provided. In the garden, there is a big children’s playground with slides and swings, shared by both apartments. Playing here is at your own risk.
