1. WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in is possible from 3 PM on the day of arrival and check-out until 10 AM on the day of departure.

2. HOW WILL WE RECEIVE THE KEYS?

On the day of arrival, the host will be waiting for you in your selected cabin. She will do the check-in with you, give you the keys and answer any questions you may have.

3. HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

When you book with us, we request that you pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total price of your stay, which is due within 7 days of making your booking. If it is not paid in time, the booking shall be automatically cancelled.

4. HOW DO WE PAY THE REST OF THE PRICE?

The rest of the price is paid based on an invoice issued at the end of your stay and it can be done either in cash or by wire transfer. Payment by wire transfer is due within 7 days of the issue date.

5. IS THERE A WI-FI CONNECTION IN THE CABINS?

Yes, we do have Wi-Fi connection.

6. CAN WE BRING A DOG?

Only after previous agreement and consent of the owners and with the condition that the dog will only be permitted to be on the ground floor.

7. WHERE IS THE NEAREST ATM?

The nearest ATM is located at the post office building in Velké Karlovice.

8. ARE THERE ANY SHOPS NEARBY? 

The closest shop to the cabins is Coop in the valley of Lesková. A bigger shop – Penny Market – can be found in Karolinka.
